March 03 Static-X and Ill NinoLast night I managed to go and see this gig at The Palace in St Kilda with a mate of mine and it was brilliant. I enjoyed Static's set more though as it came across much clearer. By the time ill nino came on i was feeling pretty wrecked as well.

I dunno they are somethin sepcial. Been listenin to them for ages and they just keep gettin better. So many good songs. The lead singer Brock has a weird singing/scream vocals and it just adds effect and emotion to so many of their songs. Metaphorically their lyrics are often tangled and entwined but its great :) Anyone into rock/metal check them out. Some top songs are: Skin and Atmosphere Slit Wrist Theory The Heart and Shape Two Months Form A Year Eightminutesupsidedown + so many more i'll let you discover
Besides that... boring weekend stuck at work for most of it. It is my b'day today tho which is ok, 19! I'm gettin old. Prob head out with the lads for a night on the town next weekend... I hope lol.

August 08 Do Da's Whoa whoas or wateva the heck it isOMG today at work the other two bakers put this song (not sure if the titles right) by the band Kisschasey on repeat all day. I heard it for about 4 hours straight. Then the playlist was this song and 3 other Kisschasey songs on random and repeat and it seemed every second song was Do Das Who Whoa's again.
Now in 6 hours theres about 360 minutes, i'm not sure how long the song goes for but based upon if its a 3 minute song I heard it about *omg i didnt realise it was this bad* 120 times *shock*
Next time I hear that song I'm gonna rip somebodies head off. The worst thing is the other guys still love that song so I could cop the same treatment tomorrow.... Grrr
